&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Amendments - U.S. Constitution&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The amendment process was not designed to contradict  or destroy the body of the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.logicalheart.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=5&amp;amp;forum=3&quot; rel=&quot;external&quot; title=&quot;&quot;&gt;Constitution&lt;/a&gt;, but to enforce it with  important explicit applications and to accommodate process alterations.&amp;nbsp;  The first ten amendments which compose the Bill of Rights are explicit statements based on principles implicit within the Constitution.  &amp;nbsp;For those who are either beginning to learn the inspiration of the founding documents or don&#039;t understand the related concepts, the Bill of Rights is an excellent &quot;trainer&quot; for understanding the Constitution.&amp;nbsp; The Bill of Rights does not grant additional rights, but it explains those rights with specific examples.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have not examined all of the amendments to verify their  legality, but I&#039;ve read at lease one reason why the 16th Amendment is illegal. &amp;nbsp;In  order for an Amendment to be adopted, two-thirds of the Senate, and two-thirds  of the house must have voted in support. &amp;nbsp;Then it must be supported by 75% of the state legislatures.&amp;nbsp; For the 16th Amendment to receive the Congressional  vote required to be passed on to the 48 States, the support of 36 States  was required. &amp;nbsp;There were 38 affirmative votes counted by Secretary  of State Philander Knox, but he was wrong. &amp;nbsp;Kentucky was listed as a  supporter even though they voted against it. &amp;nbsp;Oklahoma responded with  a recomposed version of the amendment that they supported, yet they had no  authority to modify the proposal during the vote. &amp;nbsp;At least a dozen other states violated Federal law, or their own State law during the voting process. &amp;nbsp;The 36 legal votes from the states were never obtained.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  The constitution also limits taxation to the funding required in Article1, Section 8.&amp;nbsp; But Congress violates this by collecting taxes to fund many illegal departments and projects.&amp;nbsp; Regardless of the technical violations which were made  in adopting this amendment, there is a greater problem. &amp;nbsp;One of the foundational principles of the Nation was violated. &amp;nbsp;The Declaration of Independence,  which formally establishes the United States as a sovereign Nation, clearly  identifies that citizens have inalienable Rights which include &quot;Liberty&quot;.&amp;nbsp; The income tax in the 16th amendment, which forcibly takes a percentage  of a person&#039;s wages, places the inhabitants of the United States in bondage  to the Federal Government to pay for government power that was never granted. &amp;nbsp;The Rights proclaimed in the Declaration provide the foundation upon which the&amp;nbsp; law of the Constitution is allowed, and it must not be superceded by anything in the Constitution or its Amendments.&amp;nbsp; For example, nowhere in the Constitution does it say murder is illegal.&amp;nbsp; Does this mean congress can pass an amendment to legalize murder?&amp;nbsp; The answer is no, because it would violate the inalienable right to &quot;Life&quot; established in the Declaration.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Here is a link to the first 10 Amenmends named the &lt;a href=&quot;viewtopic.php?topic_id=44&amp;amp;forum=3&amp;amp;post_id=44#forumpost44&quot;&gt;Bill Of Rights&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; And, written below are the remaing Amendments as copied from &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.archives.gov/exhibit_hall/charters_of_freedom/constitution/amendments_11-27.html&quot; title=&quot;http://www.archives.gov&quot;&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.archives.gov&quot; title=&quot;http://www.archives.gov&quot; rel=&quot;external&quot;&gt;http://www.archives.gov&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AMENDMENT XI&lt;/strong&gt; - Passed by Congress March 4, 1794. But neither  the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation  incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or  any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Section 5.&amp;nbsp; The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation,  the provisions of this article.&lt;br /&gt; *Changed by section 1 of the 26th amendment.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;strong&gt;AMENDMENT XV&lt;/strong&gt; - Passed by Congress February 26, 1869. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning  of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then  the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have  qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither  a President elect nor a Vice President shall have qualified, declaring who  shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall  be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice  President shall have qualified.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Section 4.&amp;nbsp; The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Section 5.&amp;nbsp; Sections 1 and 2 shall take effect on the 15th day of October following the ratification of this article.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Section 6.&amp;nbsp; This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;strong&gt;AMENDMENT XXI&lt;/strong&gt; - Passed by Congress February 20, 1933. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;strong&gt;AMENDMENT XXVI&lt;/strong&gt; - Passed by Congress March 23, 1971. When taken&lt;br /&gt;orally, the highest levels of the drug are found in the blood around 2 hours&lt;br /&gt;afterwards.  As with all orally administered medications, only a small portion&lt;br /&gt;of it causes the desired effects since the drug has to circulate throughout the&lt;br /&gt;body until it reaches the organs or area that is receptive to treatment.  This&lt;br /&gt;is dangerously because obviously it is unintentionally reacting in areas of&lt;br /&gt;the body which have not been diagnosed with a problem.  The side effects of&lt;br /&gt;this drug have not been thoroughly analyzed.  The liver is&lt;br /&gt;probably detoxifying this substance, and the kidneys certainly clean it&lt;br /&gt;from the blood, so there may be risk of damage to these two organs.&lt;br /&gt;	Some of the side effects are seizures, agitation, insomnia, confusion,&lt;br /&gt;altered appetite and weight, dry mouth, headache, nausea, constipation, and&lt;br /&gt;tremor. &lt;br /&gt;Bupropion hydrochloride should not be taken by people who already suffer&lt;br /&gt;from seizures, or who have had bulimia or anorexia nervosa since their&lt;br /&gt;risk of seizure is high.  It should not be taken concurrently with monoamine &lt;br /&gt;oxidase (MAO).  Wellbutrin patients should not consume alcohol as it may&lt;br /&gt;alter the seizure threshold.  The drug should not be taken by nursing&lt;br /&gt;mothers, or by people under 18 years old. &lt;br /&gt;	Dosages should be divided through the day at three or four&lt;br /&gt;instances.  Daily dosage ranges from 200-300mg divided through the&lt;br /&gt;day using 100mg tablets.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/pre&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/html&gt;</description>

The pain-relieving effects were wonderful, but I experienced severe stomach cramps and diarrhea within days. Since December, I have tried taking &quot;loperamide&quot; diarrhea suppressant. This worked to some extent, but caused severe constipation. I&#039;ve not found a balance and I&#039;m losing more work time to the medication than I was to the pain. Anyone else have this experience?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since I have started taking Vioxx (6 months), I have experienced a severe case of hiccups and a restricted filling in my throat while eating. This leads to choking and inability to swallow my food at times, sometimes leading to vomiting. I ran out of Vioxx for about two weeks and the symptoms were fewer and to a much lesser degree. Some of the Internet references which had&lt;br /&gt;personal testimonies of their adversities from HGH were removed or &lt;br /&gt;unavailable.&lt;br /&gt;	Human Growth Hormone is a protein which is naturally produced in the&lt;br /&gt;body Pituitary gland.  This protien stimulates the liver to produce small &lt;br /&gt;amounts of somatomedins, which in turn stimulate growth of bone and muscle.&lt;br /&gt;Results from increased HGH are limited by the liver&#039;s reactions to it.&lt;br /&gt;If the pituitary gland detects an increase in somatomedins from the liver,&lt;br /&gt;it will in turn reduce the amount of somatotropin that it creates.&lt;br /&gt;	There are different stimuli which produce growth hormone within the&lt;br /&gt;body naturally such as exercise, sleep, fasting, and stress.  Sugar, alcohol,&lt;br /&gt;and over-exercise will inhibit somatotropin production.&lt;br /&gt;	Ingestion of HGH may cause gynecomastia. The&lt;br /&gt;vaccine contains modified live virus particles.  The virus is&lt;br /&gt;modified to prevent full contraction of the disease and to prevent&lt;br /&gt;the virus from becoming infectios to other people.  The injection is&lt;br /&gt;applied to the upper arm, thigh, or buttock.  The body responds &lt;br /&gt;to the virus particles by producing antibodies which fight&lt;br /&gt;the virus.&lt;br /&gt;	The vaccinations can cause some less severe symptoms of&lt;br /&gt;each of the 3 diseases.  It can also cause convultions and &lt;br /&gt;Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis.  It is suspected that the&lt;br /&gt;vaccinations can also cause Asthma, Diabetes, Guillain-Barre syndrome,&lt;br /&gt;Crohn&#039;s Disease, and Autism.&lt;br /&gt; 	Dr. John O&#039;Leary from Ireland found the measles virus present&lt;br /&gt;in the gut of 96% of autistic children compared to 6.6% of thos who&lt;br /&gt;did not have autism. Fourteen&lt;br /&gt;days after the MMR shot, Anna&#039;s mother took her child back to the&lt;br /&gt;pediatrician. Although Anna had always loved to play and laugh with her &lt;br /&gt;pediatrician, this time she screamed every time he tried to come near her.&lt;br /&gt;	Over the next six weeks, Anna lost the ability to sit or walk. One&lt;br /&gt;doctor suggested that she be seen by a psychologist to determine why Anna was&lt;br /&gt;refusing to walk. When Anna&#039;s mother consulted a neurologist, the neurologist&lt;br /&gt;immediately hospitalized Anna with a suspected diagnosis of tumor on her&lt;br /&gt;spinal cord. The MRI scan of her brain showed there were lesions in the white&lt;br /&gt;matter of her brain. All other tests came back negative.&lt;br /&gt;	Anna continued to deteriorate and lost all control of her trunk and&lt;br /&gt;legs. When she tried to sit up, she would flop over like a rag doll. Nearly&lt;br /&gt;every week she would run a fever for two to three days. Lab test after lab &lt;br /&gt;test was performed to try to find out what had happened to her. In a four&lt;br /&gt;week period, she endured seven spinal taps. During one hospitalization, Anna&lt;br /&gt;turned completely limp and doctors feared she would lose her ability to&lt;br /&gt;breathe on her own and would have to be put on a respirator. &lt;br /&gt;	Eventually Anna was put on steroid therapy, which helped her to&lt;br /&gt;regain her personality and stop her brain from further deteriorating.
